• 3 medium sweet potatoes
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1-1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• cinnamon
• nutmeg
• 2 caps vanilla extract
• 2 room temp eggs
• 1 stick butter
• honey
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1 Tbls baking powder
• 1 teaspooon baking soda
