Ingredients

For Sauce

  • 1 ┬╜ tbsp light Soy sauce, рд╕реЛрдпрд╛ рд╕реЙрд╕
  • 1 tbsp Tender Coriander stems, roughly chopped, рдзрдирд┐рдпрд╛ рдХреЗ рдбрдВрдард▓
  • ┬╜ cup Tomato ketchup, рдЯреЛрдореЗрдЯреЛ рдХреЗрдЪрдк

For Chicken Marination

  • 900 grm Chicken breast, cut in strips,рдЪрд┐рдХрди
  • Salt to taste, рдирдордХ рд╕реНрд╡рд╛рджрдЕрдиреБрд╕рд╛рд░
  • 2 no. whole Eggs, рдЕрдВрдбреЗ
  • ┬╜ tsp White pepper powder, рд╕рдлреЗрдж рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ рдкрд╛рдЙрдбрд░
  • тЕУ cup Cornstarch, рдХреЙрд░реНрдирд╕реНрдЯрд╛рд░реНрдЪ
  • 1 tsp Baking soda, рдмреЗрдХрд┐рдВрдЧ рд╕реЛрдбрд╛
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste, рдЕрджрд░рдХ рд▓рд╣рд╕реБрди рдХрд╛ рдкреЗрд╕реНрдЯ

For Dragon Sauce

  • 2 cups Prepared Cooked Sauce, рддреИрдпрд╛рд░ рдХрд┐рдпрд╛ рд╣реБрдЖ рд╕реЙрд╕
  • 1 tbsp light Soy sauce, рд╕реЛрдпрд╛ рд╕реЙрд╕
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup, рдЯреЛрдореЗрдЯреЛ рдХреЗрдЪрдк
  • ┬╜ cup Water, рдкрд╛рдиреА
  • ┬╜ tsp Sugar, рдЪреАрдиреА
  • Salt to taste, рдирдордХ рд╕реНрд╡рд╛рджрдЕрдиреБрд╕рд╛рд░
  • 1 ┬╜ tsp Cornstarch slurry, рдХреЙрд░реНрдирд╕реНрдЯрд╛рд░реНрдЪ рдХрд╛ рдШреЛрд▓

For Dragon Chicken

  • 2 tsp Oil, рддреЗрд▓
  • 2-4 no. Garlic clove, chopped, рд▓рд╣рд╕реБрди
  • 2 inch Ginger (peeled & chopped) рдЕрджрд░рдХ
  • 2 medium Onion, diced, рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬ
  • 1 large Capsicum, batons, рд╢рд┐рдорд▓рд╛ рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, batons , рд▓рд╛рд▓ рд╢рд┐рдорд▓рд╛ рдорд┐рд░реНрдЪ
  • тЕУ cup Prepared Sauce, рддреИрдпрд╛рд░ рдХрд┐рдпрд╛ рд╣реБрдЖ рд╕реЙрд╕
  • ┬╝ cup Spring onions, chopped, рд╣рд░реА рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬ
  • Fried Chicken, рддрд▓реЗ рд╣реБрдП рдЪрд┐рдХрди рд╕реНрдЯреНрд░рд┐рдкреНрд╕

For Garnish

  • Coriander sprig, рдзрдирд┐рдпрд╛ рдкрддреНрддрд╛
  • Spring onion, рд╣рд░реА рдкреНрдпрд╛рдЬ

Process

For Sauce

  1. In a bowl, add degi red chili powder, vinegar, oil, garlic cloves, ginger, light soy sauce, tender coriander stems, tomato ketchup, water, sugar and mix it well.
  2. Transfer it to a kadai and simmer it for 8-10 minutes until semi thick consistency.
  3. Blend it with the help of a hand blender and keep it aside for further use.

For Chicken Marination

  1. In a bowl, add chicken breast, salt to taste, eggs, white pepper powder, cornstarch, baking soda, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
  2. Keep it aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Add cornstarch, oil and mix it well.
  4. In a kadai, heat oil, add marinated chicken and fry until half done.
  5. Transfer it to an absorbent sheet and keep it aside for further use.
  6. Refry the chicken until crispy and golden in color.
  7. Keep it aside for further use.

For Dragon Sauce

  1. In a bowl, add prepared sauce, light soy sauce, tomato ketchup, water, sugar, salt to taste, cornstarch slurry and mix it well.
  2. Keep it aside for further use.

For Dragon Chicken

  1. In a wok or a kadai, add oil, once it's hot, add garlic, ginger and saute for a minute.
  2. Add onion, capsicum, red bell pepper and toss it for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add prepared dragon sauce, spring onions and cook it well.
  4. Add fried chicken and toss it well.
  5. Finish it with some spring onions and transfer it to a serving dish.
  6. Garnish it with coriander sprig and spring onion.
  7. Serve hot
