Vegetable-Topped Fried Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Fried Tofu (Abura-age)
  • 30g Purple Onion
  • 10g Ginger
  • Green Onion
  • 3tbsp Grated Daikon Radish
  • soy sauce or ponzu sauce

【Directions】

①Slice the purple onion and ginger thinly, then soak them in water.

②Grill the fried tofu (abura-age) in a frying pan until both sides are crispy.

③Cut the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a plate.

④Top with sliced purple onion, ginger, and grated daikon radish.

Sprinkle chopped green onions on top and drizzle with soy sauce or ponzu sauce.
