For the Dough

  • 200 gm Refined Flour
  • 350 gm Wheat Flour
  • 1/3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp tsp Salt
  • Warm Water (as required)

For the Filling

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 280 gms Chicken Julienne
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeno
  • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum Julienne
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seed Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • Salt (as required)
  • Warm Water
  • 1/2 cup Spinach Leaves (chopped)
  • Tabasco
  • Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • 80 gm Mozzarella Cheese
  • Kneading the Dough
  • Wheat Flour
  • Assembling the Paratha
  • 1 tsp Mint Mayonnaise
  • Mozzarella Cheese
