Ingredients

Rajgira poori:

  • Rajgira Flour -1 cup
  • Boiled potato - 1/4 cup
  • Sendha Namak
  • Water

For green chuteny :

  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Roasted peanuts - 4 tbsp
  • Green chilli - 3
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Curd - 2 tbsp
  • Sendha namak
  • Water

For Aloo Sabzi :

  • Boiled potatoes - 3
  • Green chilli -1 tbsp
  • Ginger - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 10
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Sendha namak - 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted peanut powder - 2 tbsp
  • Water
