- Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup

- Green chilli - 3
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Sendha namak
- Water
For Aloo Sabzi :
- Boiled potatoes - 3
- Green chilli -1 tbsp
- Ginger - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 10
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Sendha namak - 1/2 tsp
- Roasted peanut powder - 2 tbsp
- Water
