Ingredients:

  • 1 cup bell peppers (assorted colors), sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
