One-Bowl Easy Apple Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups peeled and diced apples (e.g., Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- Optional: Cinnamon sugar for topping
Steps:
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare Muffin Tin Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
Step 3: Add Wet Ingredients Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour in melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until just combined.
