Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups whole milk
  • Gel food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple)

Preparation Steps:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour six 8-inch round cake pans.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
