Sago Broken Glass Jelly Pudding

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 2 Cup Hot Water
  • 1 Packet Strawberry Jello Powder

Mix
Pour in Mould
Add Food Color
Keep in Fridge For 30 Min.
Boil Some Water

  • ΒΌ Cup Soaked Tapioca Pearl / Sago

Cook Until Transparent

  • 2 Cup Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tspn Agar Agar Powder

Let It Boil
Cook Until Agar Powder Dissolve
Add Boiled Sago/ Tapioca
Cool Down For 10 Min.
Cut the Jello into Pieces
Pour Some Milk in Mould
Add Jello
Pour Milk
Keep in Fridge For 2 Hours
