- POWDERED SPICES
- TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TSP
- SPICY RED CHILLI POWDER 2 TBSP
- CORIANDER POWDER 2 TBSP
- BIRYANI MASALA 2 TBSP
- HOT WATER AS REQUIRED
- TOMATO PUREE OF 2 NOS. (FRESH)
- CURD 1/2 CUP (WHISKED)
- SALT TO TASTE
- FRESH CORIANDER A SMALL HANDFUL (CHOPPED)
- MINT A SMALL HANDFUL (CHOPPED)
Scrambled eggs

- BLACK PEPPER POWDER A PINCH
- OIL 2 TSP
Boiling of rice
Ingredients:
- WHOLE SPICES
- CINNAMON STICK 1 INCH
- CLOVES 3-4 NOS.

- CARAWAY SEEDS1 TSP
- STAR ANISE 1 NOS.
- BAY LEAF 2 NOS.
- GREEN CARDAMOM 3-4 NOS.
- LEMON 1/2 NOS. (ADD THE SLICE)
- SALT AS REQUIRED
- BASMATI RICE 1/2 KG (WASHED & SOAKED FOR 1 HOUR)
