  • CUMIN SEEDS 2 TSP
  • ONIONS 7-8 MEDIUM SIZED (SLICED)
  • GINGER GARLIC PASTE 2 TBSP
  • GREEN CHILLIES 2-3 NOS. (CHOPPED)
  • POWDERED SPICES
  • TURMERIC POWDER 1/2 TSP
  • SPICY RED CHILLI POWDER 2 TBSP
  • CORIANDER POWDER 2 TBSP
  • BIRYANI MASALA 2 TBSP
  • HOT WATER AS REQUIRED
  • TOMATO PUREE OF 2 NOS. (FRESH)
  • CURD 1/2 CUP (WHISKED)
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • FRESH CORIANDER A SMALL HANDFUL (CHOPPED)
  • MINT A SMALL HANDFUL (CHOPPED)

Scrambled eggs

Ingredients:

  • EGGS 3 NOS.
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • BLACK PEPPER POWDER A PINCH
  • OIL 2 TSP

Boiling of rice

Ingredients:

  • WHOLE SPICES
  • CINNAMON STICK 1 INCH
  • CLOVES 3-4 NOS.
  • BLACK PEPPERCORNS 4-5 NOS.
  • CARAWAY SEEDS1 TSP
  • STAR ANISE 1 NOS.
  • BAY LEAF 2 NOS.
  • GREEN CARDAMOM 3-4 NOS.
  • LEMON 1/2 NOS. (ADD THE SLICE)
  • SALT AS REQUIRED
  • BASMATI RICE 1/2 KG (WASHED & SOAKED FOR 1 HOUR)

Biryani assembly

Ingredients:

  • HOT WATER AS REQUIRED
  • FRESH CORIANDER AS REQUIRED (CHOPPED)
  • MINT AS REQUIRED (CHOPPED)
  • BIRISTA AS REQUIRED
  • GHEE AS REQUIRED (HOT)
