  2. 1 cup yogurt
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  5. 1 teaspoon paprika
  6. 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. 4 pita or flatbread rolls
  9. Fresh veggies for garnish (e.g., lettuce, tomatoes, onions)
