- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, etc.)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Steps:
Step 1: Combine Dry Ingredients
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt.
Step 2: Create Wet Mixture
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, honey or maple syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
Step 3: Mix and Add Extras

Step 4: Press Into Pan
