- 2 sheets of puff pastry, thawed
- 4 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking Steps:
