Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs

  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Food coloring (optional)

Decorating Steps:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Step 2: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3: In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Step 4: Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
