- 1 pound (450g) pork, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Steps:
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and vegetable oil to create the marinade.
