Pork Small Kebabs

Pork Small Kebabs

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) pork, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Steps:

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and vegetable oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add the finely diced pork to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated pork pieces onto soaked wooden skewers.
  5. Grill the pork kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
  6. Optionally, baste the kebabs with a little oil or melted butter during grilling for added moisture.
  7. Serve the Pork Small Kebabs hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a refreshing salad.

Enjoy these flavorful and tender Pork Small Kebabs as a delightful appetizer or as part of a complete meal. Perfect for gatherings or when you crave a taste of grilled goodness.
