Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for cooking
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Cooked rice for serving

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch to create the sauce.

Step 2: Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3: Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.

Step 4: Add garlic and ginger to the chicken, sautéing until fragrant.
