Ingredients

  1. 2 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  2. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  3. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  6. 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  7. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
  9. Cooking oil for frying (if making fried version)
  10. Your favorite sauce (if making sauced version)

Steps

Step 1: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend until a thick, coarse mixture forms.

Step 2: Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls.
