Ingredients

  1. 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  2. 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  3. 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks
  4. 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)
  5. Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Steps

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

Step 3: Cut the puff pastry into squares or rectangles, depending on your preference.

Step 4: Place banana slices and chocolate chips in the center of each pastry square.

Step 5: Fold the pastry over the banana and chocolate, creating a parcel. Press the edges to seal.
