Ingredients

  1. 4 large baking potatoes
  2. 6 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
  3. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  4. 1/2 cup sour cream
  5. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Steps

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2: Scrub the baking potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Bake the potatoes directly on the oven rack for about 45-60 minutes or until they are tender when pierced with a knife.
