INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
Custard Milk Preparation:
- 3 Cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Custard Powder
- 1/3 Cup Sugar
- Let It Boil
- Boil For 5 Min.
- Cool Down Completely
- Boil Some Water
- ΒΌ Cup Soaked Sago / Tapioca
- Cook Until Transparent
Jello Preparation :
- 2 Cup Hot Water
- 1 Packet Strawberry Jello Powder
- Mix Well
- Pour In Mould
- Add Food Color
- Cool Down & Keep In Fridge For 30 Min.
- 1 Tbsp Sabja Seed
- ΒΌ Cup Water
Soak For 15 Min.
Cut Jello Into Pieces
Assembling :
- Custard Milk
- Sago / Tapioca
- Sabja Seed
- Jello
- Keep In Fridge Before Serving
