INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

Custard Milk Preparation:

  • 3 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Custard Powder
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • Let It Boil
  • Boil For 5 Min.
  • Cool Down Completely
  • Boil Some Water
  • ΒΌ Cup Soaked Sago / Tapioca
  • Cook Until Transparent

Jello Preparation :

  • 2 Cup Hot Water
  • 1 Packet Strawberry Jello Powder
  • Mix Well
  • Pour In Mould
  • Add Food Color
  • Cool Down & Keep In Fridge For 30 Min.
  • 1 Tbsp Sabja Seed
  • ΒΌ Cup Water

Soak For 15 Min.

Cut Jello Into Pieces

Assembling :

  • Custard Milk
  • Sago / Tapioca
  • Sabja Seed
  • Jello
  • Keep In Fridge Before Serving
