Ingredients:
- 500g firm tofu (thawed and pressed after freezing)
- 100g button mushrooms
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 red onion
- 1 carrot
- 2-3 pcs potatoes
- 3-5 pcs tomatoes
- 1/4 cup frozen green peas
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup mushroom stock
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- salt and pepper to taste
