- Β½ Cup Suji / Semolina
Keep Stirring
Roast In Low Flame
Roast For 3-4 Min.
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Cup Milk
Cook Until Separate From The Pan
Cool Down For 5 Min.
Making Malai:
- ΒΌ Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Water
Cook Until Caramelized
- 1 And Β½ Cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Powder Milk
Mix Well
Cook For 2 Min.
- 1 Tspn Flour
- 1 Tspn Powder Milk
- 1 Tspn Ghee
Knead For 1 Min.
Take Some Dough
Make Round Shape
Make Pattern With a Spoon
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden Color
Pour Warm Malai
Soak For 30 Min.
