INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1/3 Cup Ghee
  • 1/3 Cup Powder Sugar
  • Beat Until Fluffy
  • ¾ Cup Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Gram Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Semolina
  • 1/8 Tspn Salt
  • ¼ Tspn Cardamom Powder
  • ¼ Tspn Baking Powder

Mix Well
You Can Add 1-2 Tbsp Ghee( If Needed)
Make Dough

  • 1 Tbsp Batter

Make Shape
Grease Oil In a Mould
Place Baking Paper
Place a Curry Pan
Pre-Heat For 05-07 Min.
Nuts On Top
Cook For 15-18 Min.
