INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Cumin Powder
  • ½ Tspn Pepper Powder

Mix Well

  • ½ Cup Water
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Tspn Oil
  • ½ Cup Suji / Semolina

Cook For 2-3 Min.

Cool Down For 2 Min.

  • ½ Cup Flour
  • 2-3 Tbsp Water ( If Needed)

Take Some Dough
Roll
Spread Potato Mixture
Cover With Another Bread
Seal The Edges
Cut With a Cutter

  • 1 Tspn Oil
Fry Both Side Well
