Find The Recipe:
Whole wheat crackers
Ingredients 12 Cookies
30g Water
45g Oil (neutral-flavored oil)
●100g Bread flour
●50g Whole wheat flour
●10g Light brown sugar
● 2 pinch of salt (Pink salt)
Directions
① Put the ingredients in a Plastic bag and shake to mix.
② Put water in a bowl, add oil and mix well to emulsify.
③Add ① and mix.Press it to gather and flatten.Next, fold it in half and press. Repeat folding and pressing 5 times until smooth
④Roll it out the dough to the size of 20 x 15 cm.
⑤ Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 170℃.
⑥Cut into 12 pieces and poke holes in the dough with a bamboo skewer.
⑦Bake in the oven at 170℃ for 24 minutes.
⑧Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
