Lemon flavored butter cookies
Ingredients 48 Cookies
- 70g Unsalted butter
- 30g Sugar
- 15g Lemon juice
- 20g Almond flour
- 110g Rice flour
- 1 Lemon Zest
For coating
- 20g Powdered sugar
Directions
①Cream the butter until soft, add sugar and mix well.
②Add lemon juice and stir.
③Add almond flour,rice flour and lemon zest, mixing in that order.
④Shape into 2 logs.
Place them in the freezer 15 mins.
⑤Cut it into 0.4-inch wide and make it into a ball.
Place them in the freezer 15 mins.
Preheat an oven to 320°F/ 160℃.
⑥Bake it at 320°F/ 160℃ for 22 min.
Let it cool for about 15-20 mins as it is.
⑦Roll cookie balls in powdered sugar. It's all done!
