INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- ¼ Cup Water
- ½ Cup Palm Pulp
- 2 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut
- ½ Cup Suji/ Semolina
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
Cook For 2-3 Min.
Cook Until Separate from the Pan
Cool Down For 5 Min.
Sugar Syrup:
- ½ Cup Sugar
- ½ Cup Water
- 1 Cardamom
Let It Boil
Cook For 2-3 Min.
- 1 Tbsp Flour
Knead Well
Grease Oil in Hand
Make Shape
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden Color
Pour Over Sugar Syrup
Soak For 10 Min.
