Taal Pitha

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ¼ Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Palm Pulp
  • 2 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut
  • ½ Cup Suji/ Semolina
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar

Cook For 2-3 Min.

Cook Until Separate from the Pan

Cool Down For 5 Min.

Sugar Syrup:

  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ½ Cup Water
  • 1 Cardamom

Let It Boil

Cook For 2-3 Min.

  • 1 Tbsp Flour

Knead Well
Grease Oil in Hand
Make Shape
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry Until Golden Color
Pour Over Sugar Syrup
Soak For 10 Min.
