INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tspn Coriander Leaves
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Mix Well

  • 1/3 Cup Water

Make Soft Dough

Rub Some Oil

  • 1/3 Cup Onion
  • ¼ Cup Carrot
  • 2 Clove Garlic
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ¼ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ¼ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • ¼ Tspn Cumin Powder

Mix Well

Take Some Dough

Roll

Spread Vegetable in Tri Angle Shape

Mozzarella Cheese

Fry In Medium Heat

  • 1 Tspn Oil

Fry Both Side Well
