Savory pancakes


  • 200g (1 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
  • 80g (1 cup) of parmesan
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 250ml (1 cup) of milk
  • Cheese
  • Cooked ham


1. In a bowl add the flour, parmesan, baking powder, salt, egg, and milk and mix until the mixture is well combined and without lumps.

2. Divide the mixture into 4 portions. Fill the glass with the batter and pour 3/4 of the mixture from the glass.

3. Arrange the cheese and ham on top and close it with the rest of the mixture with the help of the spoon.

4. Cook at one side and when it is done flip it to another side. Transfer to the plate and serve.
