INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ½ Tspn Ajwain
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Mix

  • 1/3 Cup Water (Pour Gradually)

Make Dough

Rub Some Oil

Keep Aside

Potato Stuffing:

  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp Fried Onion
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Mix Well

Take Some Dough

Roll

Spread Potato Mixture

Mozzarella Cheese

Fold

Roll

Fry In Medium Heat

  • 2 Tspn Oil

Fry Both Sides Well
