- ½ Cup Whipped Cream
Beat the Cream
Beat Until Soft Peaks
- 3 Tbsp Condensed Milk
Mix Well
Add Coffee Mixture
Mix Gently
- ½ Cup Milk
- ½ Tsp Coffee Powder
Dip Biscuits
Place in Glass
Pour Coffee Mousse
Some Cocoa Powder
Serve Immediately or Serve Chilled
