Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz vanilla extract
  • 1 egg white (optional, for extra frothiness)
  • Ice cubes

For Espuma:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder

Steps:

  1. Prepare Espresso Martini Base: In a shaker, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, freshly brewed espresso, simple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg white if using. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  2. Strain into Glass: Strain the Espresso Martini mixture into a martini glass, ensuring a smooth pour without ice.
  3. Prepare Espuma: In a separate bowl, whip together heavy cream, powdered sugar, and instant espresso powder until stiff peaks form.
