Ingredients:

  2. ½ cup unsalted butter

  1. 2-3 ripe bananas, sliced
  2. 1 cup heavy cream
  3. 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  4. Chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  • In a bowl, combine digestive biscuit crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar.
  • Press the mixture into the base of a pie dish. Chill while preparing the toffee filling.
