Panettone French Toast
Panettone French Toast: Transforming leftover panettone into an exceptionally delicious recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
- Panettone
- 3 eggs
- 60ml (1/4 cup) of milk
- Vanilla essence
- Cinnamon
- 110g (1/2 cup) of maple syrup
- Olive oil
- 15g (1 tbsp) of butter
- Powdered sugar
- Fresh fruit
METHOD:
- Slice the panettone and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, vanilla essence, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Whisk until well blended.
- Dip panettone slices into the mixture, ensuring they are well-coated, then transfer them to a pan with pre-added olive oil and butter.
- Fry the panettone slices until they achieve a golden brown color. Garnish with powdered sugar, maple syrup, and fresh fruit before serving.
