Cheese Pie

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of unsalted butter (200g)
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese (400kcal)
- 1 cup of feta cheese, crumbled (300kcal)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk (120kcal)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Steps:
Step 1: Prepare the crust by combining flour, butter, and a pinch of salt. Form a dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Step 2: Roll out the dough to line a pie dish. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Step 3: In a bowl, mix cheddar and feta cheese. Spread this cheese blend evenly over the crust.
Step 4: In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the cheese layer.
Step 5: Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden and the filling is set.
