Veg Cheese Dosa
Ingredients:
- 1 cup dosa batter
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, tomatoes), finely chopped
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped coriander for garnish
