Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dosa batter
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, tomatoes), finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Chopped coriander for garnish

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: Prepare Dosa Batter Ensure you have well-fermented dosa batter ready for use. The batter should have a smooth consistency.

Step 2: Heat the Tawa Heat a dosa tawa (griddle) and grease it with a little oil.
