Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ham, thinly sliced (500 kcal)
- 1 lb Gruyere cheese, grated (1,200 kcal)
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, shaved (100 kcal)
- 1 cup dried cranberries (400 kcal)
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (350 kcal)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (480 kcal)
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard (90 kcal)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Prepare the Wreath Base
- Lay out the ham slices in a circular pattern, slightly overlapping to form a wreath.
- Sprinkle the grated Gruyere cheese evenly over the ham.
