Beautiful Tuna Saute


  1. 2 cans (about 10 oz each) tuna, drained
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 onion, thinly sliced
  4. 2 bell peppers (any color), thinly sliced
  5. 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  6. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  7. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  8. 1 teaspoon paprika
  9. Salt and pepper to taste
  10. Juice of 1 lemon
  11. Fresh parsley for garnish


Step 1: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Step 2: Add the sliced onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.

Step 3: Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 4: Stir in the bell peppers and zucchini. Sauté until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Step 5: Add the drained tuna to the skillet, breaking it apart with a fork.

Step 6: Sprinkle dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper over the mixture. Stir to combine.

Step 7: Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the tuna and vegetables. Mix well.

Step 8: Continue cooking for a few more minutes until the tuna is heated through.
