Bang Bang Wings for Game Day
Ingredients:
For the Wings:
- 2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints, tips discarded
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust for spice preference)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
For the Wings: Step 1: In a large bowl, season the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Coat each wing in flour, shaking off excess flour.

Step 8: Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
