Ingredients:

1. Chocolate cake (homemade or store-bought)
2. Chocolate frosting
3. Lollipop sticks
4. Candy melts or chocolate wafers in various colors (representing Marvel characters)
5. Edible decorations (optional)
6. Parchment paper
7. Styrofoam block or tall glass (for drying popsicles)
8. Marvel-themed edible cake toppers (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare Cake Pops:
   • Crumble the chocolate cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl. Add chocolate frosting gradually until the mixture reaches a dough-like consistency.
2. Shape Popsicles:
   • Take small portions of the cake mixture and shape them into popsicle-like forms. Insert a lollipop stick into each one. Place them on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for about 15-20 minutes.
3. Melt Chocolate:
   • Melt the candy melts or chocolate wafers in different colors according to the Marvel characters you want to represent. Use a microwave or double boiler.
4. Dip and Decorate:
   • Dip each frozen cake popsicle into the melted chocolate, ensuring even coating. Allow excess chocolate to drip off. Decorate with additional colors or edible decorations while the chocolate is still wet.
