Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas (200 kcal)
  • 2 eggs (140 kcal)
  • 1 cup flour (455 kcal)
  • 1 cup milk (80 kcal)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Steps:

Step 1: Mash the bananas in a bowl.
Step 2: Add eggs, flour, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas. Mix until smooth.

Step 3: Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter or oil.
Step 4: Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes.

Step 5: Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side.
Step 6: Repeat until all batter is used.

Step 7: Serve warm, optionally topped with sliced bananas or maple syrup.
