Extremely Chocolatey and Fluffy Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Calories: Approximately 350 kcal per serving.

Cooking Steps:

Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Step 2: In a separate bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Step 3: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. If desired, fold in chocolate chips for an extra chocolatey boost.

Step 4: Heat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat. Scoop 1/4 cup portions of batter onto the griddle, spreading slightly with the back of the spoon.
