Gluten-free Rice flour Pizza

Ingredients

22cm pizza

  • Rice flour (for bread) 65g
  • Potato starch 18g
  • Sugar 3g
  • Baking powder 2g
  • Rock salt 2g
  • Water 75g
  • Olive oil 10g

Toppings:

  • Sausages 40g
  • Pizza cheese 50g
  • Basil leaves 6 pieces
  • 2tbsp Tomato sauce

【Directions】

① Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

② Add water and olive oil to the mixture and mix well.

*The required amount of water may vary depending on the type of rice flour used.

Today, I used Mizuho Chikara rice flour (for bread) from Kumamoto. Adjust the amount of water to achieve a dough consistency similar to that shown in the video.

③ Preheat the frying pan in advance, then pour the batter into the pan while the heat is off.

Rotate the frying pan to spread the batter evenly.

④ Immediately turn on the heat to medium and cook for about 3 minutes, then flip it over.

⑤ Reduce the heat to low and add pizza sauce, sausages, and pizza cheese on top.

Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat.

Once the cheese melts, it's ready!

Please enjoy it while it's hot as it will become firm when cooled down.
