Gobhi Paratha
Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup grated cauliflower (gobhi)
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Ghee or oil for cooking
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Prepare Dough In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour with water and knead into a soft dough. Set aside.
Step 2: Make Stuffing In another bowl, mix grated cauliflower, chopped green chili, grated ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. This forms the flavorful stuffing.

Step 4: Roll and Cook Roll out the stuffed ball into a flat disc (paratha). Heat a griddle or tawa and cook the paratha on both sides, adding ghee or oil, until golden brown.
