  • Quinoa or rice stuffing (1 cup, approximately 220 kcal)
  • Feta or goat cheese (½ cup, approximately 200 kcal)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, etc.)
  • Olive oil (2 tbsp, approximately 240 kcal)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For Spicy Tomato Sauce:
    • Tomatoes (4, diced)
    • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
    • Red chili flakes (1 tsp, optional)
    • Olive oil (1 tbsp)
    • Salt and sugar to taste

Steps:

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
