Ingredients:

  1. 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  2. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  3. 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  4. 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  5. 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  6. 1 egg
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. Vegetable oil for deep frying
  9. 1 onion, finely chopped
  10. 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  11. 2-3 green chilies, sliced
  12. 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  13. 1 tablespoon ginger, julienned

Steps:
