Schezwan Paneer Dry
Ingredients:
- 250g paneer, cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Spring onions for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Steps:
Step 1: Marinate Paneer
- In a bowl, mix paneer cubes with Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, ginger-garlic paste, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: Sauté Paneer
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add marinated paneer and cook until golden brown on all sides.
Step 3: Add Vegetables
- Add thinly sliced onions and bell peppers to the pan. Sauté until they are slightly tender but still retain crunch.
Step 4: Season
- Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Adjust Schezwan sauce for desired spiciness.
Step 5: Garnish
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds if desired.
