Ingredients:

  1. Broccoli florets (2 cups)
  2. Almonds (1/2 cup, blanched and peeled)
  3. Onion (1, finely chopped)
  4. Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  5. Vegetable broth (4 cups)
  6. Butter or olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon)
  9. Cream or milk (1/2 cup, optional)
  10. Fresh parsley for garnish

Cooking Steps:
