Broccoli Almond Soup
Ingredients:
- Broccoli florets (2 cups)
- Almonds (1/2 cup, blanched and peeled)
- Onion (1, finely chopped)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Vegetable broth (4 cups)
- Butter or olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon)
- Cream or milk (1/2 cup, optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Cooking Steps:
