Ingredients:

  • Pineapple slices - 1 can (about 8-10 slices)
  • Maraschino cherries - 8-10
  • Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar - 1 cup
  • All-purpose flour - 1 and 1/2 cups
  • Baking powder - 1 and 1/2 teaspoons
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Granulated sugar - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 2
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
