Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation:
Step 1: Preheat Oven Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
